Oh sweets... be thankful its not the opposite problem? Running into every bathroom around town might not be a keen way to get to know your new environment.
Actually... it's normal for your system to have an adjustment period when you travel.
Just don't get kidney stones, from dehydration... meaning lots of water and salt.
It's all those exotic fruits you've been consuming!! I'm not going to say I feel sorry for you, cause living in Costa Rica, drinking blender drinks most likely on a hammock, and basking in the glow of the sun...and not to mention having the beach only a block away from you does not mean I should feel sorry for you! ;) Drink lots of water Hun, it'll help. Hope you're still having a blast, aside from the backlog.
Thanks for that Ang. I'm glad there's one person on this planet that divulges there GI symptoms freely and at will besides myself. Is that my influence? Some words of wisdom from my good friends personal experience and tropical weather: the squirts hurts But a tight sphincter often needs a hard glycerin tincture
I love that this post has gotten more response than any other in your blog so far! I saw something about this on a Dr. Oz episode of Oprah one time. Apparently when you're away from home the body tightens up out of anxiety and doesn't let the poopie out. Psyllium=regularity at it's finest.
